Project Auditors has three lines of business: They provide project management services (especially in technology), project management training and business analysis training, and project quality auditing services.
This podcast episode features an interview with Frank Parth, President of Project Auditors, discussing his experience building PMOs (Project Management Offices) in various organizations. The interview explores the challenges and successes of PMO implementation, including the importance of organizational culture, communication, and stakeholder management.
Frank stated that measuring PMO success is more challenging than it seems because it requires both post-implementation metrics and pre-implementation metrics for a proper before-and-after comparison. Companies rarely gather the necessary pre-implementation data. Therefore, his measure of success was largely anecdotal, relying on feedback from management and observing whether clients invited him back for further work. He also noted that client happiness was a key indicator of success.
