This video is the first part of a three-part series teaching viewers how to induce "the phase," a state encompassing lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and astral projection. Raduga argues that this isn't a supernatural ability but a naturally occurring phenomenon accessible to most people, focusing on teaching practical techniques for control rather than delving into esoteric explanations.
The video describes four techniques for inducing "the phase," to be cycled through until one is successful:
Rotation: For 3-5 seconds, the user attempts to create a sensation of rotation, either to the left or right, using eye movements to help initiate the feeling. Success is indicated by the feeling of actual rotation, at which point the user attempts to stand up.
Hand Visualization: For 3-5 seconds, the user vividly imagines their hands in front of their face, focusing on seeing, feeling, and even hearing the sound of rubbing them together. The appearance of the hands, even partially, signals success. The user would then stand up and proceed.
Swimming: For 5-10 seconds, the user vividly imagines swimming somewhere (lake, ocean, pool), focusing on the movements and sensations of swimming. Feeling like one is truly swimming signifies success. The user then proceeds to locate a mirror.
Deepening: This technique lasts 5-10 seconds and involves simulating an already separated state. The user imagines walking around their room, meticulously touching and examining objects, focusing on detailed sensations. When imagined sensations shift to actual felt sensations, the user proceeds with their plan of action.
The speaker emphasizes that these techniques should be performed with intense focus and a strong intention to succeed ("no matter what"). If one technique fails, the user cycles through others, repeating as necessary.
