This video features an interview with Janette Broyro, who recounts her near-death experience (NDE). The main purpose is to share her experience, detailing her journey to the afterlife, including a life review and the revelation of a pre-planned "life blueprint," and to discuss the implications of this experience on her life and understanding of spirituality.
The four key words Janette Broyro instructed the nurse to write down were "great baba, I have it up here, tree roots, time to entwine". These seemingly nonsensical words served as triggers to unlock her complete memory of the NDE upon rereading them after recovering from the surgery and pain medication.
During her NDE, Janette encountered a barbecue or picnic scene with people she knew from her current and past lives. Her grandmother was present and welcomed her. The scene was described as vibrant, with beautiful green grass and a stunning blue sky. She spent what felt like hours reuniting and conversing with these individuals, exchanging heartfelt hugs.
Janette's perspective on suffering shifted after her NDE. While acknowledging the very human aspect of suffering and the importance of allowing oneself to feel it, she now focuses on finding and integrating light into those moments of difficulty. This involves reflecting on past sufferings to find perspective and appreciating that even painful experiences provide opportunities for growth, resilience, and the release of attachments that perpetuate suffering.
